Have your “Colours Done” for FREE!

Colour Analysis or "having your colours done" is something that most women have heard of at some point.  Many have had colour analysis some time ago when it first launched in the UK in the 80's and became popular in the 90's, and have lived by the principles since then.

If you've read my guide: "7 Steps to a Stress Free Wardrobe", knowing what colours suit you makes shopping for clothes so much easier. You are able to walk into a shop and immediately discount the clothes that are in shades that don't work for you and, instead, focus on the ones that do. That saves you time, and stops you making expensive shopping mistakes that just sit on the hangers in your wardrobe taking up valuable space.

There are others though who are interested but haven't taken the plunge because they can't justify the expense to themselves - even though they would probably recoup the cost very quickly when they realise that they've bought lots of clothes in the wrong colours and that's why they have a full wardrobe with "absolutely nothing to wear".โ€‹

Well, for those of you in this position, I've got something that you might just be interested in...

This weekend, Max Factor are running a promotion for their Miracle Match foundation and I'm working โ€‹at the Max Factor counter at Boots in Eldon Square in Newcastle providing some FREE mini Colour Analysis sessions.  The sessions are being offered on a first come-first served basis from Friday 2 October to Sunday 4 October before you go on to have a make-up makeover with the Max Factor team.

This promotion is happening at six Boots stores across the UK with different Colour Me Beautiful Image Consultants: Newcastle, Cardiff, Portsmouth, the Trafford Centre, Bluewater, and Lakeside.โ€‹

Max Factor Miracle Match foundation

Obviously, it's not a full Colour Analysis; I'll only be looking at the dominant palette and showing a few shades from that and you don't get the all important Colour Swatch Wallet or really hone in on the shades that work for you, but it's a good introduction to the process (or a refresh for you if it's been a few years since you last had your colours done and your hair colour or skintone have changed since then).โ€‹

I'll be at the Max Factor counter at Boots in Eldon Square from 11am till 6pm on Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd, and from 10.30 to 4.30pm on Sunday 4th October and I would love to see you there ๐Ÿ˜€
