I help clients become happier and more confident by giving them a Makeover from the Inside Out to change their internal and external view of themselves.
I'm not really interested in fashion, just what clothes can do for your self-image - that's where the Forget Fashion blog title originated, so I won't be doing much commentary on the latest catwalk styles.Instead, I write about things I come across in life that make me reflect.Sometimes it's serious.Sometimes it's just fun.Hopefully you'll like my writing style, find what I write about interesting and enjoy the experience. If you do, share the love using the boxes below - thank you 😀

I’m a natural redhead and although I hated it when I was younger I absolutely adore it now and there’s no way I would change xx
Sam, you and your kids have the most fantastic hair colour that you shouldn’t want to change. I’ve been proud of my “natural auburn tints” since I was a child, but starting to go grey meant I added a few blonde highlights. Now I’m getting darker again and I love it. You are all Warms in Colour Me Beautiful-speak (Autumns if you go on a seasonal basis) – and these are the types of colours you should buy: http://www.kettlewellcolours.co.uk/season/autumn
I’ve just dug out a picture of me when I was about 4:
I could change my hair but I love the colour that it is! xxx
And it’s a beautiful colour 😀
